Registering and creating an Orderer profile

The use of our service requires registration. Registration is free!

1. Download the app or use the web version

2. Register for the service

Registering for the service requires an email address, name, phone number, and creating your own password. 

When registering, you have to select your service. WorkPilots offers services for different uses, some of which are private only for a certain group of users and some of which are open to everyone:

• If you have received a private code for the service, enter it in the field reserved for it when registering. 
• Otherwise select public service in Finland, WorkPilots Suomi.

Finally, accept the terms of use of the service and then press "Register". After this, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your username. Press "Confirm" in the email message and you are ready to use the service!

Note, it is important to use a valid email address in the service, because it provides important information to the user (receipts for orders, contracts for tasks, etc.). Appearing with false personal or company information is not allowed.

3.Log in and select a role

The service is logged in with the user's email address and password. 

The first time you log into the service, you will be asked if you want to register as a worker or as an orderer. The role can also be changed later with the same user. Below you will find instructions for creating an orderer’s profile.

4. Creating the orderer’s profile

When you have selected the orderer role, select the organization type for the profile (e.g. private person, company or other).

Add a photo and a short description of yourself/your company to your profile so that the workers know a little more about you. If you represent a company, you can put your company logo as a profile picture. With the help of a picture, tasks stand out better from other open tasks.

Add the location to the profile as well. The location set on the profile is used by default with orders.

You can also edit all this information later in the "Profile settings" section. 

Before you can create orders for the service, please also add a payment method to your profile:

• Add payment card. Read instructions about Using a payment card in the service
• Buy the service's internal currency PilotPoints
