Editing an order
If there are no applicants on the order:
You can edit all order information by pressing the "Edit order" button.
If there are applicants on the order:
You can edit the additional details of the order and the payment method, but other information can no longer be changed. If there is an error in the order information, the order can be canceled and then copied into a new order with the correct information (in this case, however, you will lose the applicants along with the original order).
If the worker is selected:
The order information can no longer be edited once the worker has been selected. However, the exception to this is modifying the duration of the order when the payment method has been PilotPoints or invoicing. In this case, the worker can modify the duration of the order while marking the work as completed in the service. See instructions: Modifying worked time
If the duration of the order needs to be increased, the orderer can always copy and create a new order directly for the same worker or use the "Add hours" functionality.
Copying an order
You can easily copy the order into a new order by pressing the "Copy order" button (in the application it can be found behind the three dots menu, and in the web version, in the upper right corner of the order information).
The order can also be copied directly to the same worker as the original order. In this case, the worker is directly selected for the task and new workers cannot apply to it.
Copying the order to the same worker is also one way to increase the duration of the order. You can also use the "Add more hours" functionality for this, which can be found on the order page.
Canceling an order
The order can be canceled by pressing the "Cancel order" button (it can be found in the application behind the three dots menu and in the web version in the upper right corner of the order information).
If a worker has already been selected for the order and you have to cancel the order, please make sure that the worker notices the cancellation! The worker is notified of a canceled order, however contacting the worker is also recommended e.g. via the service's chat or by phone.
If you cancel the order less than 24 hours before the agreed start time, you are obliged to pay the service fee in full, unless the parties agree otherwise (Note, this applies to the WorkPilots Suomi service, the terms of use may be different on other platforms!)
