Why haven't I received payment yet? When will I get paid?
If you have completed a task through the service, but have not yet received the payment, please check the following:
- You have marked the task as completed in the service and given feedback to the Orderer
- The Orderer has accepted the task and given you feedback. You can see the approval date in the application by opening the task details. If the Orderer has not accepted your task, send them a reminder through the app. Only tasks approved by the Orderer will be transferred to the payment!
- Check the payment schedule from contract confirmation, which you have received in your email earlier. In general, you will receive payment within two weeks of the Orderer’s approval, but different platforms may have different payment policies!

Why can't I see any tasks in the service?
Most often, the cause of the problem can be found in the profile information and the issue is one of the following:
- Your profile is missing a location, i.e. no home address has been saved. When using the application, you can also use the phone's current location. In this case, it is important to check that location tracking is turned on in the phone settings.
- You are too far from the open task. You can change the maximum distance in which you’ll see tasks from profile settings. Sometimes the distance may be set too small, or sometimes the problem may also be that you have traveled to another city and current location is turned on in the application, so therefore the open tasks in your hometown are no longer visible.
- In your profile no interesting categories have been selected. The categories of interest determine which orders Worker sees in the service.
