April 14, 2025: New version 3.17.0 of iOS app is released

We have made significant improvements to the app's technology to ensure that the app's user experience is the best possible. Although the functionality of the application remains the same, this update makes the application even more efficient.

June 28, 2024: New version 3.17.0 of Android app is released

We have made significant improvements to the app's technology to ensure that the app's user experience is the best possible. Although the functionality of the application remains the same, this update makes the application even more efficient.

The new version 3.17.0 of the app will become available gradually.

February 25, 2024: Service break on next Sunday-Monday night

• There will be a service break on Sunday 25th of February at 11pm due to updating the service. Estimated duration is 4 hours.

May 12, 2023: New version released

• The web version of our service now has a  possibility for the user to buy PilotPoints with billing

March 3, 2023: New version released

• Rating on the user profile has been renewed visually and a possibility to give feedback for canceled orders has been added
• Added possibility to send images in chat
• Ukrainian language is now available in the service

New features from 2022:

• For some of the orders, we have added a possibility to modify the duration when completing a task. If needed, Worker can modify duration again, until the Orderer approves it.
• Workers can now view the approximate location of open opportunities on a map
• Orderers can filter orders based on for example timing, category, city or worker and they can organize the orders based on timing or worker
• User experience was improved for example in registration, home page and by collecting all payment methods to one page
• Added a tutorial for new users in the web version of the service. Also added a tutorial for creating an order. Both tutorials can be re-watched any time.
