PilotPoints

Welcome to PilotPoints! 

PilotPoints is a feature in our service where you can buy, receive, use or donate them and then being able to use them as a payment option for our services. They are the perfect gift if you want to give someone you care an option for getting some extra hands - perhaps your friends or customers?

After you have bought and/or donated the PilotPoints the recipient will receive an email about this and can claim the points to their account (unless they already had an account in which case the points are directly transferred to users account). Perhaps also someone (be it e.g. your customer, supplier, employer or friend) can give you some points to use - just claim them to your account when you get the email. Instructions below.

You can purchase PilotPoints with your payment card, and then use the PilotPoints as a payment method of an order so you don't have to pay all the orders with your card. PilotPoints can also be purchased with invoicing. Here are the instructions: Buying PilotPoints with billing

 

You can see the amount of your PilotPoints on the front page when you log in to WorkPilots. 

When you press the PilotPoints-icon, the next page will open up. There you can choose, to buy more PilotPoints for yourself. You can also claim PilotPoints that have been donated to you or donate PilotPoints for someone else.   

PilotPoints-pricing:
100 PilotPoints cost 1€. The minimum amount you can buy is 1600 PilotPoints, which you can use to order 1 hour work task (16€, VAT included.)

When you donate PilotPoints to someone (picture on the middle), you can do it by inputting the receiver's e-mail address to the address field and writing a message to the text field under it.

When you make a new task order, you can choose on the Payment method -tab of the order form, if  you want to use your debit/credit card or your PilotPoints to pay the work task.

Claiming PilotPoints as a new user

If you have been sent PilotPoints but haven't registered for our service yet, please first check out our instructions on Registering and creating an Orderer profile.

Once you have registered, you can claim your PilotPoints by following these steps:

1. Open the PilotPoints email you received

2. Copy the long code (Token) from the email

3. Log in to Workpilots

4. On the homepage, select Payment methods and then PilotPoints

5. Click Claim PilotPoints

6. Paste the copied Token into the field and click Confirm

Once the claim is confirmed, the PilotPoints will automatically be added to your account and are immediately available as a payment method in Workpilots.
