Creating orders in the service requires that the user has a payment method set up. Adding a payment card is one easy option.
Adding a payment card to the service
You can add a credit or debit card to the service as a payment card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro Visa Electron)
In the web version you can add a payment card by first pressing the "Payments & reports" button on the home page and then the "Add payment card" button.
In the apps you can add a payment card by first pressing the "Payment methods" button on the home page and then the "Add payment card" button.
Your payment card information is entered and stored in the NETS's service in a strong security rated environment (PCD ISS) and WorkPilots does not store the card number on its own servers. See more from Safety.
Note! Please also remember to check with your own bank that your payment card has the right to make online payments.
Order process by payment card
When publishing the order, the payment card must be added to the service. A reservation is made when a worker is selected for the task and the actual charge when the task is marked as completed in the service.
Please note that the duration of the order cannot be modified when the payment method is a payment card. If the work took longer than expected, you can always create an additional order in the service using the "Add hours" functionality, which creates another order for the same person.
If you have to cancel the task and the reservation has already been made, the reservation will be released automatically.
