Before you can create orders in the service and find workers for your needs, you must register as a user! Registration is free and instructions can be found here: Registering and creating Orderer profile.
1. Create a new order for the service

2. Select a suitable worker
After creating the order, wait for workers to apply in your order and then browse their profiles. From the profile you can see e.g. the applicant's description, cv, feedback from previous tasks and age range.
Select the suitable worker by pressing the "Select" button next to the applicant's profile. If you choose only one worker for the task, please note that the original order will be closed and at the same time the other applicants will disappear from view. If you want to keep the original order open, select the option that you want to select even more workers.
When you choose the worker, the contract is formed and the reservation for the order is made from your card or the corresponding amount of PilotPoints is deducted from your user.
If you select a worker at the last minute, they may not have seen your selection. You can send them a chat message through our service or contact them by phone or email to make sure that the worker has seen your selection and can complete the task.

3. When the task is completed, approve it in the service
After completing the task, the worker first marks the work as done in the service and gives the orderer feedback. As an orderere, you will then receive a notification asking you to approve the task and give feedback to the worker.
Mutual feedback is an important part of the service and helps build trust between the parties. Feedback is accumulated on user profiles. We hope that you will give constructive feedback to the workers, as it will also help them to identify their own areas of strength and develop working life skills.
If for some reason you do not approve the task you can also reject it. Rejected tasks move into the History section of the service together with approved tasks, but they will be labeled "Rejected". The task can be approved afterwards by going to the order information on the history page and selecting "Approve".

4. Compensation is paid to the worker
The service handles the payment of compensation to the worker and other related obligations. Please note that compensation is only paid for tasks approved by the orderer.
Compensation for tasks performed in a commissioned relationship is paid to workers at least every two weeks, but most often once a week. Exceptions to the payment schedule may be caused by e.g. public holidays. Please note that different platforms may also have different payment processes.
5. Receipts and reports on orders
For each order you place, you will first receive an order confirmation by email and a separate receipt later after the task is completed. You can also see the receipt in the service on the History page by first opening the order information and then pressing the "Show receipt" button.
You can also download a report on orders yourself in the web version on the home page under "Payments & reports" --> "Reports".
The service also entitles you to a household deduction (depending on the nature of the task).
