How to choose several workers into the same task?
You can choose several workers into the same task by creating one order into the service. Please note! Always enter the workload of one worker in the order! When you choose a worker, the service will ask if you would like to choose more than one.

Why doesn’t targeting order to a specific worker work?
If you are trying to target order to a specific worker, but the order form doesn’t accept the worker’s email, please check the following:
- The worker has given you the correct email address and the address is written correctly in the new order form.
- The worker has registered into the correct service. If the worker is registered for example to WorkPilots Suomi -service, but you are trying to target the order on one of the private services, it won’t work until the worker registers into the correct service.
If the email address is correct and the worker is registered into the correct service, targeting may also fail due to incomplete worker profile information. In this case the service will show an error message explaining that targeting will not work until the worker has added worker type, social security number and bank account number into the profile.
Why doesn't the worker see my open order?
Most often, the cause of the problem can be found in the worker’s profile information and the problem is one of the following:
- Location is missing from the worker’s profile i.e. the home address has not been saved. When using the application, workers can also use the phone's current location. In this case, it is important to check that location tracking is turned on in the phone.
- The worker is too far from the open order. In the worker's profile settings, the maximum distance can be set to determine how far away the worker wants to see open orders. Sometimes the distance may be set too small or the problem may also be that the worker has traveled to another city and the current location is turned on in the application, so therefore the open tasks of the hometown are no longer visible.
- No interesting categories have been selected in the worker’s profile. The categories of interest determine which type of orders the worker sees in the service.
However, if the profile information is correct, the worker may also be registered in to the wrong platform. WorkPilots offers platforms for different uses, some of which are private only for a certain group of users and some of which are open to everyone. Most often, the worker has accidentally registered into the open WorkPilots Suomi platform when they should be on one of the private platforms.
I have registered as an Orderer in the service. Why don’t I see any worker profiles?
The workers’ profiles are not freely browsable in the service, rather the idea of the service is that those workers who are interested in the task in question express their interest by applying for it. Thus, first create an order in the service and wait until you get applicants. Then you can browse their profiles and choose the most suitable one for the job.
We are in a hurry to find a worker. What should we do?
Many workers are ready with a very quick schedule, so it is worth posting an announcement and mentioning when the work should be done and when the selection decisions will be made. Workers receive notification of an open position immediately, and the applicant(s) often appear within a few minutes.
How to know what type of workers are in the service?
There are many types of workers with different backgrounds and skills. The applicants' profile shows the information they filled in themselves. The best result is obtained when you create an order in which the assignment is clearly described and any wishes for competence are also clearly mentioned. It is good to keep the order active long enough so that it reaches workers as widely as possible.
Each worker is given an evaluation after the assignment, which will be shown in the future in connection with their profile. From the given feedback, you get information about the worker and their working methods. Not everyone has feedback yet, which is why we also encourage choosing workers who don’t yet have any work experience.
Why doesn't everyone have a picture or introductory text in the applicant profile?
Everyone registered in the service gives the information they want about themselves. The more information a worker gives about themselves, the better the chances of getting a job.
I need an adult worker for the task who is reliable. How can I verify these facts?
Workers under the age of 18 can also register for the service. If the position requires an adult, then it would be good to state in the order details that minors do not apply for the position in question. The applicant's profile shows an age range, e.g. "Age range 18-24", where you can check if the person is an adult.
Can the work be done in the evenings and on weekends?
Yes, taking into account the regulations on dangerous work and work suitable for young people. Separate compensation for evening and weekend work is not paid for tasks performed in a contract relationship as it is a total compensation of the task.
