There are two ways to remove your WorkPilots account.
1. Through the app
The first and easiest way to delete your WorkPilots account is through the app. Notice you can only delete your account using the app, if no jobs have been done on the account you wish to delete.
If you meet the requirements this is how to proceed:
First launch the app and head to the settings page (bottom right on mobile). Then proceed to scroll down until you find a button saying "Delete your account?". Press it and confirm you want to delete your account.
On the web: Open the menu from the top left and head to the settings page. After that scroll down until you find a button that says "Delete your account?" Press it and confirm you want to delete the account.
If you get this pop up while trying to delete your account through the app, try deleting it through customer support (see the way 2)
2. Through customer support
If you wish to remove your user account from WorkPilots, send a removal request to our support e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or to live chat on our web page.
Users can't remove their accounts by themselves if they've completed any jobs, because we want to make sure there is no information (paid task orders or salaries) which some laws obligate us to keep.
If you send a user account -removal request, it would be appreciated if you tell us the reason(s) why you want your account to be deleted and also if there is something we could do to develop our service and to serve you and our other users better.
